Where there is motion, there is life. There is more to godliness than the acknowledgment of truth. It is the participation of it. Martin Luther once said, “You are saved by faith alone, but if faith is alone it is not faith.” We will take a look at the issues James, a leader of the Headquarter church in Jerusalem, had to address with the twelve tribes of Israel. Everyday we make choices, but sometimes our motivations for the actions we take are not a true reflection of God’s love. The bible tells us that love rejoices in the truth. Yes, love is more than just feelings; but, no love is not less than feelings. We will look at what the Apostle Paul considered as genuine love from the example the church of Macedonia gave us. Love is an overflow of our joy in God that gladly meets the needs of people.
